- Evening session 18.00 – 00.00
We can also offer ½ day sessions from 08.00 – 13.00 or 13.00 – 17.00 and the hours can be extended if required at additional room hire cost.

Venue Description:
Blakemore Hyde Park in located in the fashionable Bayswater/Queensway/Notting Hill area. From the moment you walk up our steps into our newly refurbished lobby area you will feel a sense of calm & professionalism from a team who have a friendly ‘Can Do’ approach to customer care & service.
Our 3 meeting rooms have their own private entrance, separate lobby, and can cater for numbers between 5 & 100 and all rooms are flat floor so can cater all types of layouts for any style of event.
Drysdale Suite – The room is the largest and most verstile of our three rooms. Like all our rooms it offers natural daylight and is the perfect space for all layouts and can cater for up to a maximum of 100 guests. This room includes both telephone/internet connections.
The Keswick Suite - Is smaller, yet comfortable and spacious enough to enjoy your meeting. With natural daylight and air conditioning, this room is ideal for meetings or presentations on a smaller scale. We have a large oval table with a maximum capacity of 8. This room comes with Telephone/internet connections.
The Westlake Suite - This room has natural daylight and air-conditioning. This suite is able to accommodated small to medium sized meetings both spaciously and comfortably for a maximum of 20 guests. This room comes with Telephone/internet connections.
Our hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi throughout and all types of AV, theming and production are welcome, and we can assist in sourcing this or working with your existing suppliers.
Our DDR starts at £52 per head (+VAT) and includes the following:
- Exclusive hire of the function room
- Servings of tea, coffee & biscuits (we can also offer alternatives for example pastries)
- Buffet style lunch (working lunch or seated options are also available)
- Screen, projector, flip-chart pad & pens
- Free Wi-FI throughout the hotel including meeting rooms
