Venue Description:
The Garden Room is the perfect setting for wedding receptions or special celebrations. Complete with a dance floor, PA system and music system, and both atmospheric lighting and disco lights, the venue is fully equipped to deliver all aspects of your event.
The marquee also benefits from its own private car park, which can accommodate cars and coaches thus making the venue an easy option for guests who want to drive.
It can be hired on a venue only basis, also known as a Dry Hire, which enables you to design all the elements of your event yourself, or alternatively in conjunction with our recommended caterers we can help with all aspects of your event, enabling you to relax and enjoy it.
You may also like to consider using Syon House for your wedding ceremony (up to 120 guests) or drinks reception before guests make their way to the marquee through the secret walkway for the main event.
Whichever set up you decide on for your special day, we are on hand to help.

If you wish to use a caterer other than Touch of Taste, Create, Payal, or Greenleaf, there would be an additional fee of £750 + VAT to do so. All non-preferred caterers must get prior agreement to cater at The Garden Room and carry all the necessary insurance and health and safety documents.
If your event is longer than 6 hours, the security and car park marshal bookings will need to be extended and will be charged per hour per marshal.
Please note that the above prices are for The Garden Room only and access to other areas of Syon Park may be subject to additional charges.
The venue hire includes the following:
- Exclusive facility & ground hire from 10h00 - 24h00 (23h00 on Sundays)
