The building was extensively renovated in 1992 and is maintained to the highest standards. The modern interior features lavish use of natural maple panelling set against pale gray walls with rich blue carpeting throughout the conference facilities.

The Wellcome Trust Conference Suite comprises of a Lecture Theatre and an Anti room for registration and refreshments and is adaptable as there is no fixed seating. The venue hire also includes access to a balcony overlooking St. James Park which can be used for receptions. The Seminar Room can be used as an independent meeting room or in conjunction with the Conference Suite. The Council Room again can be a stand alone event space or an additional breakout area, it also comes with its own breakout area.
