Joiner Parties: The designated dates of the joiner party nights are 4th/5th/11th/12th/18th/19th December. All dates are subject to availability with space available on a first come first serve basis. A minimum number of 2 guests per group is required. The hotel cannot guarantee that smaller groups will be seated exclusively, and they may be seated in a mixed table. The hotel reserves the right to alter function details according to numbers of participants.
Exclusive Events: Exclusive parties can be accommodated for in our function rooms or in Napa Restaurant. A minimum of 90 guests is required for exclusive use of Napa.
Deposits & Payments: All provisional bookings must be confirmed within 7 days of booking at which time a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person will be required to secure the booking. Full prepayment will be required 7 days prior to the date of your event. The hotel must be notified of any special dietary requirements at least 7 days prior to the function date. Deposits and final balance payments are non-refundable.
Bedrooms: To guarantee rate, rooms must be booked at the same time as the party and held in a block. Any unsold rooms will be released one month prior to party and thereafter rate will be ‘best available’, subject to availability of rooms/rates.
