Situated within one of London’s most opulent locations, belowzero restaurant + lounge, offers clients a truly unique venue in which to host a wide variety of private and corporate events. The venue is split into three areas, the Wolf Bar, Reindeer lounge and Moose dining room and can be hired together or individually. With a total capacity of 270 the venue is ideal for product launches, dinners, receptions, meetings and teambuilding with exquisite menus for all event styles. To make your event unique, belowzero offers you a wide range of services including, mixology and ice sculpting masterclasses, wine tastings, bespoke theming, event production and even husky dogs to greet your guests. The events team can take care of all your meeting needs with their new DDR service. The venue offers a fully integrated Martin audio system, including two 52” plasma screens, four 14” flat screens, CD/DVD players, wireless microphones and internet access. To leave your guests with simply the ‘coolest’ impression, why not combine your event with a visit to ABSOLUT ICEBAR LONDON. The bar is made entirely of crystal clear ice from the Torne River in Sweden and is kept at a constant minus 5 degrees, offering clients the only experience of this kind within the capital.

Yes – signed agreement to our terms and conditions. Payment terms - 50% deposit to be paid to secure the booking, final 50% due no later than 14 days prior to booking. Any overspend to be settled on the night via credit card or cash. Cancellation policy applies. More info on application.
