With its dark wooden interior and feature bar, together with low ceilings, alcoves and private areas, Hodgsons really does deliver where other city wine bars fail.
Food is freshly prepared and is typically English, with the emphasis very much on a comprehensive range of starters, main courses and desserts during the day and more sharing options, platters and party food in the evening, to cater for corporate functions and parties, birthday celebrations and leaving dos, to name but a few.
